Shipping Information

  • I’m licensed to sell in both The Netherlands and New York, USA, before making your purchase please take note of the shop’s current shipping location.

  • While I’m in The Netherlands, shipping is via Post NL or DPD. Tracking and insurance are included with DPD. Tracking and insurance are not always included with Post NL, but options to buy it should be available on most items at checkout. 

  • While I’m in New York, shipping is via USPS and includes tracking on all shipments with insurance for any items over $30.  

  • I ship internationally. For most pieces I’ll be able to ship within 1-3 business days unless another announcement has been made. For commissions, customs and made-to-order pieces, please see commission policies below for shipping times.

  • If you don’t see your country listed at checkout for some reasons, or something seems off, please let me know and I will do a manual check!

  • In case of lost or stolen shipments, let me know within 30 days of dispatch so we can file a claim with the postal service. I pack every piece very safely, but if your package arrives damaged, let me know within a week of delivery and please include photos of the damage so I can provide a customer refund or make a repair.

Refunds

I accept returns for non-commissioned pieces up to 14 days after the item has arrived. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please note customer pays return shipping costs. If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, I’ll do everything I can to make it right!

Repairs

If your item gets damaged for any reason please contact me with photos of the damage, and I’ll see if it can be fixed. I offer a lifetime guarantee on repairs! Customer pays the shipping costs to send the piece to me, but I’ll cover the return.

Commissions

When commissions are open, please contact me by email or DM on Instagram and we can chat about what you’re looking for. I’ll give a price estimate and we might swap a few reference photos back and fourth. Once we’re happy with the end goal I’ll send an official invoice. As soon as that’s paid I’ll get started on your piece. I’m happy to send progress photos on request and will accommodate one round of minor changes. More changes will accrue additional charges with a limit up to 3 rounds.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for me to craft your piece unless we’ve discussed another time frame. This includes customs and any made-to-order pieces listed on my site. I’ll let you know as soon as it’s ready to be shipped and will send a photo of the finished work.

If there’s a cancellation after I’ve started your piece, the material and artist labor costs will be deducted from your refund. Please note that cancellations are not accepted once your item has been sent. I have the right to refuse any request if they don’t align with my work. Thank you for understanding!

Taxes and Foreign Transaction Fees

VAT is included in the price for all EU customers. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes, or any foreign transaction fees that may occur with your bank.

Copyright and Privacy Policies

Bolde Studios reserves the common-law copyright to all works and all works commissioned by customers, including all reproduction rights and the right to claim statutory copyright. I will only use customer’s contact information for shipping and legal purposes and expect the same courtesy in return. For a complete list of customer rights, please refer to this site for more information.
