As a handmade business, quality is top priority, but mistakes still happen! This might include small paint imperfections, surface texture issues, tackiness, lack of final matting coat, etc. Discounts will vary depending on the severity of the issue and vary per batch.

As a courtesy to our beloved customers, we're kindly asking everyone to limit purchases to one frog per person, especially during these limited releases. If you share these on social media, please lovingly refer to them as misfits or "seconds" as they're not an accurate representation of finished pieces. They are, however, just as adorable :)
